In other words, this is not a bad marketing time for you, it is a good time.
The way that the internet works is buyers put in their city or zip location and then their price range. They then look at the front photo of the house making instantaneous decisions about whether to look at the listing further.
Sometimes, they will overlook your house but work towards your neighbors house with the next step in the process being to drive by. At that point, with proper signage and curb appeal, you have your second opportunity to lure them to your house. So, the more neighbors that are on the market, the more activity you can bring to your home.
