Q: Is this a bad time to sell my home or condo? OR Are there buyers out there?
A: Absolutely there are buyers out there.
Q: Will this take more of my time than if I listed with a traditional agent? I mean what is the catch - I am paying so little.
A: NO! If you compare the responsibilities of a traditional agent with the responsibilities of Lake Home Selling Team, you will see that we actually do more on your behalf. Seems strange - WE get it- but it is true. Do your own comparison. But remember, the question is not how do we charge so little, the question is, why do they charge so much. This is the true cost of doing a listing while still making profit, if you do volume and have a process that works!
Q: How much do I pay and when?
A: You have 2 choices - $500.00 at the time of listing and .00625 of the sales price at closing + 2, 3 or 4% commission to a buyer's agent IF a buyer's agent is involved. OR 5- 6% paid at the time of closing.
Q: How do you list houses for such a low commission?
A: We do volume and lots of it! We list at least lots houses each month. As a result, we are more proficent, efficent and forward-thinking.
Q: Do other agents show your properties?
A: Yes! That is how we have sold so many properties. And likewise, we show their properties. You will find every company in the Charleston Area in the Multiple Listing Services. Some of the showings at Lake Home Selling Team are with buyers that do not have agents, which allows the seller (if they want to) to show and sell the home without paying a buyer's agent commission.
Q: Is this a For Sale By Owner experience or company?
A: No! The only parts of our marketing plan that even remotely resembles a FSBO marketing plan is that we list on you on for sale by owner websites and that you can round up a buyer on your own and save a buyer's agent commission. Other than that, this is far more like you are listed with an agent. As a matter of fact, you are not only listed with an agent, you are listed with one of the best Selling Teams in the Charleston Area!
Q: My house is unique or expensive, so it needs special attention. How will you help me?
A: We have sold houses, small and large, cheap (20K) and expensive (multi-million), all over hte Charleston Area. There is no "special" house that we have not sold. Our program works for any house, any where - we have proven that! Ask to about how many homes we have sold, this marketing system works anywhere for any price.
Q: Will you help me set a price?
A: Yes! And, more importantly, you will list the house for what you want to list the house for!
Q: I don't live in the house or even in the state for that matter. Can you help me?
A: At least 30% of our inventory is vacant. We can show your property for you, so no worries.
Q: We are first time sellers and we know nothing! Can you help us?
A: Even our sellers that have sold many times are impressed with our easy, cut and dry process that we have built with avoiding client confusion in mind. This is easy, easy, easy! Remember, the Lake Home Selling Team are teaching the public how to buy and sell houses. You will be considered a star student as well and you will leave empowered - that is the Lake Home Selling Team's goal for all of our Sellers.
Q: I don't have a lot of time to sell my home, I need someone to push it!
A: We sell homes in almost 1/2 the time of other agents. We market your homes in ways the typical agent does not.
